Who is responsible

Kristiansand Bygg AS (org. no. 993 853 623), Kristiansand, Norway, is the controller for personal data on wreckcutting.com. Questions go to [email protected].

The enquiry form

When you send a project enquiry we receive your name, company, email address, phone number and what you write. We only use it to reply and follow up on your project, and the message reaches us as email via Resend. The legal basis is that you asked us to get in touch (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Enquiries that don't lead to an assignment are deleted within 12 months.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used, such as which sections are read and where visitors come from. Google cookies are only set if you click "Accept".

If you click "Decline", or make no choice, no cookies are set. Google still receives basic, anonymous signals without cookies or identifiers (Google Consent Mode), used to estimate overall traffic. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

Google Ireland Ltd. is our processor. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

msale_consent_v1 (stored in your browser). Remembers your choice so we don't ask on every page.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion, and you can withdraw consent. Contact us at the address above. If you think we handle data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
